Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Resellers using the Reseller Cloud platform operated by Enzonic LLC and to the end customers of every storefront. As a Reseller, you must enforce equivalent rules against your own customers.

1. Prohibited Activities

You and your customers may not use servers or services to:

• Host or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Launch or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) or other network attacks.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to game or application hosting.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
• Host content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Send spam or engage in phishing or fraud.
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

2. Reseller Responsibilities

You must publish acceptable-use terms for your storefront that are at least as protective as this AUP, respond to abuse reports concerning your customers, and cooperate with Enzonic on enforcement. You are responsible for the conduct of your customers and the content they host.

3. Enforcement

Enzonic may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate offending servers, customer accounts, or entire reseller accounts. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the Platform, third parties, or to comply with law.
