Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Enzonic," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through the Reseller Cloud platform at reseller.cloud.enzonic.com(the "Platform").
1. Information We Collect
- Reseller account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers (via Clerk) when you register as a reseller.
- Brand & configuration data: store name, logo, domain, plans, prices, and integration settings you provide.
- Payment connection data: Stripe Connect account identifiers used to route payouts and collect our commission. We do not store full card numbers.
- End-customer data: on your behalf, the Platform processes the accounts your customers create (email, hashed password, verification status) so your storefront can operate. You are the controller of this data; we are a processor.
- Usage data: logs, IP addresses, and device information for security and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the Platform, provision servers, and process payments.
- To calculate and collect infrastructure costs and our 3% commission.
- To send transactional email (verification, receipts, alerts).
- To secure the Platform and prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers that power the Platform, including Clerk (reseller authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments and Connect payouts), and Enzonic Cloud / cloud-api (server provisioning). We do not sell your personal information.
4. End-Customer Email & SMTP
When you configure your own SMTP credentials, transactional emails to your customers are sent through your mail server, and your SMTP password is encrypted at rest. If you use Enzonic's default mail service, emails are sent on your behalf from an Enzonic domain.
5. Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of personal data by contacting us, subject to records we must retain by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and encryption of sensitive secrets at rest. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Platform is intended for business operators 18 and older and is not directed to children.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact admin@enzonic.com to exercise them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
